80% of our products come from the region, 15% from our neighboring countries, such as Austrian wine and fish from Holland, and 5% from all over the world. This includes coffee, chocolate and spices.
Culinary art, service culture and restaurant experience at the highest level! But relaxed, casual, easy-going and cheeky, but without losing any standards, quality or competence.
